The forced withdrawal

Al Furqan Gate, 18th Realms, Southern side, Province of Al Furqan.

Dusk, 17th Shawwal 1428, they uttered “Iqramah’s men are again fleeing the frontlines” exchanging glances making a ridicule of any organised final offensive. This was not the final mobilisation, but this will be the longest withdrawal from all fronts, disbanding all the troops from the frontline, while the defensive forces are so few. For the first time in the history of this campaign, our conquered territories are completely defenceless. An Imtihanaat Army approaches, but this Army was not a Hafs orientated, disruptive force. A beast of which the likes have never been seen before approaches, this has led me to disband the entire Army, but the few Revisionary Armies. These Armies will have no avail against any forces which will engage it in battle, only watching these blessed lands disintegrate before their very eyes. It shatters my heart to strive for so long for the very thing which will now slowly become depleted, except those which are dearest to me.
Camped inside Al Furqan’s gates, from here men will be leaving the frontline in their masses. Dismissed from duty, not turning back for a second, their eyes overflow with the grief of retreat burning their pounding hearts. Such sights are more dreadful than the bloodiest of battles.
Ramadan 1428 had enforced us well, enough to make a huge advance through two Realms to the point where we camp now. We are one side from entering into the 19th Realms, lodged into three sides of Al Furqan. Among our great triumphs was Al Anbiya, which fell in five days … The allied Kingdoms of Al Hajj, Mu’minoon and An Nur followed this. This was possible through the consistent movement; God had not allowed us to breathe without advancement daily for over three months.
This is the final entry before I too shall withdraw to attend this enemy at our gates, only to return to this cause, The Quran, to become of those who are the Huffaz, Guardians of the Holy Book.
